Log into Client Area to Submit Ticket
Advanhost’s customers can Log into Client Area by following the below steps easily.
1.URL of Client Area
The link of Client Area can be access from Advanhost homepage
Or use below URL of Client Area:
https://www.advanhost.com.hk/crm/clientarea.php?language=english
2.Enter registered email and password to login
3.Click Open Ticket
4.Selecting the department according the nature of service. Eg. Sales query, please click Sales Department
5.Enter the Subject and Inquiry Message, then click Submit
6.Ticket created and displayed the Ticket Number
7.If you would give more details or close the ticket, just select the left hand side's button.
